Kristen De Silva Piques is a very outgoing, caring person who has had a great deal of experience working with the public and patients at Vital link Wellness Centre. Kristen previously practiced as a Colon Hydrotherapist at Vital Link Wellness Center where she worked for 3 years. After years of practice Kristen wanted to expand her knowledge and understand the human body in greater detail. With Kristen’s motivation in 2014 she began her dream and started her path to become a massage therapist.
Kristen’s way of treating is to find the root of the problem and use the array of specialized skills and techniques she is trained in and apply them to get the best results. Massage therapy, although very relaxing can be therapeutic and helpful for people with pain and discomfort.
