  • Foods that are acidic

    BENEFICIAL Foods and Beverages after your session:

    ● Chamomile, peppermint and ginger teas

    ● Fish, free range poultry

    ● Green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach, mustard greens, etc.)

    ● Miso soup, organic vegetable soup, broths

    ● Nuts and seeds (chewed thoroughly)

    ● Seasonal organic vegetables (steamed/cooked)

    ● Whole grains (brown rice, millet, quinoa, amaranth)

    ● Foods that are more alkaline (avocado, sprouts, basil, parsley)

    ● Water (purified, distilled, lemon)

    By having a colon therapy treatment today, you have made the decision to improve your health.
