Massage Therapy Diploma from the Ontario College of Health & Technology

Registered Massage Therapist

Career Overview

Paula Fatia was inspired to study massage therapy while going through the personal process of resolving her own injuries after a motor vehicle accident. During this time, Paula became fascinated with the complexity of the human body, and gained a great respect for and a first-hand understanding of how pain can shape and impact a person’s life and every day sense of well-being. Having always been drawn to professions geared towards helping others, it is natural that Paula has found a successful and rewarding career in Massage Therapy.

Paula‘s experience has taught her an approach to massage therapy that employs patience, intuition and empathy. Understanding that each patient has individual needs, Paula treats every client uniquely, but generally works towards inducing a state of deep calm and relaxation within every session. The focus of Paula’s treatments is to decrease pain and tension by releasing soft tissue restrictions, allowing for greater tissue mobility and a more functional body alignment, while restoring long-lasting balance using safe and effective techniques.
