As we implement the new policies and infection control standards, things will be a little different at your appointment and we ask for your help in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Here is what to expect:

BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT:

  • 7 days prior, you will receive a COVID screening assessment and consent form. This is a mandatory form.

ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC:

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your start time.

  • In order to limit the number of people in the clinic we must ask that you come alone, unless you require the assistance of a caregiver, or you are accompanying your child. (This visitor must also wear a mask). The reception area will be available for the other person to wait in.

  • To assist with contact tracing, the name and phone number of your guest will be requested and noted.

  • Shoes are required to be worn into treatment room.

  • You will be entering the clinic from the front door.

  • You must sanitize immediately upon arrival.

  • Please attend your appointment wearing a clean disposable or reusable mask. If you do not have one, you will be provided one. (free)

  • Upon arrival you will be required to do the in person screening form.

  • You will be required to pre pay at reception for your appointment.

  • Post treatment you will be exiting through the back door.

  • Re-booking your subsequent appointments will be only done online from home, or you may call office when you get home to re book.

Our hours will be a little less to begin with, and extra time is required between clients as we disinfect and clean all contact surfaces to ensure everyone’s safety.
